Anti-Human Detection Kit

New Anti-Human IgG Detection Module for Wes, Peggy Sue and Sally Sue.

This new Detection Module includes a ready-to-use Anti-Human IgG HRP secondary antibody that can be used to confirm immune responses to infectious agents, to test for antibody production after vaccination or to detect the presence of autoantibodies.

In this application note, we applied it to detect the presence autoantibodies in human serum from lupus positive patients with great reproducibility and using only 3 µL of sample per data point.
